Job Description : Financial Controller | Turks and Caicos A leading luxury boutique hotel in Turks and Caicos is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to take full ownership of the finance function. This is a senior role for a hands-on professional with a strong luxury hospitality background! Job Title: Financial Controller Location: Turks and Caicos Salary: USD $90,000 per year Benefits: Housing, work permit, island medical insurance, annual flight allowance What We're Looking For: • Minimum 5 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years as a Financial Controller or senior finance leader in a luxury hotel or boutique property • Caribbean experience is mandatory • Professional accounting designation (CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Proficiency in hotel systems including Opera Cloud, POS, procurement, payroll, and revenue management platforms, plus accounting software such as Xero • Strong understanding of hotel operating metrics (ADR, RevPAR, TRevPAR, occupancy), advanced Excel skills, and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
