Job Description : Commercial Director – Hotels, United Arab Emirates An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Director of Business Development or Commercial Director to join a prestigious luxury beachfront resort in the UAE. We are seeking a commercially astute hospitality leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth within luxury hotels or resorts. This role requires strong relationships across luxury travel consortia, corporate, leisure and MICE markets, together with a strategic approach to sales, marketing, revenue and distribution. The Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the resort's commercial strategy, overseeing Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Distribution and Loyalty to maximise performance, strengthen market positioning and deliver sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the resort's commercial strategy across corporate, leisure, MICE and luxury travel segments. Build and nurture relationships with leading luxury travel consortia, high-end travel advisors and premium agency networks.
