PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER - BLOWN FILM EXTRUSION LOCATION: IVORY COAST We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in Blown Film Extrusion and proven experience managing a plastic manufacturing plant. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage daily production operations and achieve production targets. Lead, supervise, and develop the production team. Plan production schedules and assign daily responsibilities. Ensure product quality, factory housekeeping, safety, and operational discipline. Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime. Monitor production KPIs including OEE, productivity, and scrap reduction. REQUIREMENTS Degree/Diploma in Plastics, Polymer, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Proven experience as a Production Manager/ Factory Manager in a Blown Film Extrusion or Plastic Manufacturing plant. Strong leadership, production planning, problem-solving, and team management skills. Experience with ISO, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement is an advantage.
