Job Description : Head – Industrial Relations & Factory HR (India+Africa) We are looking for a seasoned HR Leader to join a leading manufacturing organization as Head – Industrial Relations & Factory HR based in French West Africa Candidate should have experience in India and Africa both. The role will lead Industrial Relations, Factory HR, Labour Compliance, Workforce Governance, and Employee Relations across manufacturing operations in Ivory Coast, Nigeria, India & Vietnam. ???? Key Requirements: ? 15–20 years of HR experience in manufacturing/factory environments ? Strong leadership experience in Industrial Relations & Factory HR ? Must have experience managing Africa + India manufacturing operations ? Exposure to West Africa markets (Nigeria/IVC/Ghana/Senegal etc.) preferred ? Experience in Agri, Food Processing, FMCG, or similar manufacturing industries ? Experience handling HRMS implementation and workforce transformation projects
