Senior Site Head

Job Description : Senior Site Head – Hydropower EPC Projects | ???? Location: Guinea, West Africa We are looking for a Senior Site Head with 20+ years of extensive hands-on experience in Hydro Power Project execution. We are specifically looking for professionals who have spent their careers on project sites, leading the installation, erection, testing and commissioning of hydropower plants from project execution through commissioning. Key Requirements ? 20–22 years of experience in Hydro Power EPC/Turnkey Projects ? Strong on-site execution experience in hydro power plants ? Hands-on experience in Hydro Turbine & Generator Installation and Commissioning ? Experience in Electro-Mechanical, Hydro-Mechanical and Balance of Plant (BoP) systems ? Proven experience managing site execution, contractors, schedules and project delivery ? Experience in Greenfield, Brownfield, Renovation or Modernisation Hydro Projects ? French language skills will be an added advantage Note: This is NOT an Operations & Maintenance.
