Job Description : Plant Head – Sesame Processing (Mozambique) | Open to Indian candidates ???? We are looking for a highly experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end operations of a Sesame Cleaning, Hulling & Processing facility in Mozambique, Africa. This is a leadership role for a hands-on professional who understands sesame processing, oilseed operations, and industrial plant management. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee complete sesame processing operations (cleaning, hulling, sorting, packing, and refining) • Ensure optimal plant efficiency, yield, and quality standards • Manage production planning, maintenance, and utilities • Implement strong quality control and food safety systems • Lead and develop plant operations teams • Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and export standards ???? Ideal Profile: • 10–15+ years in sesame processing plants • Strong experience in sesame hulling, cleaning and refining operations • Exposure to African or large-scale export-oriented processing units is an advantage • Proven leadership in managing plant operations end-to-end • Strong problem-solving and operational excellence mindset ????
