Job Description : Head – Projects (Greenfield & Brownfield) Industry: FMCG Manufacturing AUSTRALIA Open to International candidates We are hiring an experienced Project Engineering Professional to lead Greenfield and Brownfield expansion projects in a leading FMCG manufacturing organization. Key Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end Greenfield & Brownfield manufacturing projects. Plan, monitor, and execute project activities from concept to commissioning. Prepare project scope, CAPEX estimates, project schedules, and technical specifications. Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, utility, procurement, quality, operations, and external vendors for seamless project execution. Drive installation, commissioning, and operational readiness while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and statutory standards. Monitor project timelines, budgets, contractor performance, and project risks. Implement automation, Industry 4.0, IoT, and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency. Ensure timely project completion within approved budget and quality standards. Candidate Profile: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 25+ years of experience in Greenfield & Brownfield project execution within FMCG, Pharma, Chemical, or Process Manufacturing industries. Strong experience in project planning, CAPEX management, utilities, vendor management, commissioning, and cross-functional coordination. Proficiency in MS Project/Project Planning Software, AutoCAD, and MS Office will be an added advantage.
