Job Description : CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO) Location: Central Africa ROLE OVERVIEW The COO will lead and oversee end-to-end operations across manufacturing plants, driving efficiency, quality, productivity and cost optimization. The role ensures operational excellence, safety compliance and seamless execution of strategic objectives across the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee daily operations of all manufacturing plants. Improve production efficiency, quality and capacity utilization. Implement Lean, continuous improvement and cost optimization. Manage supply chain, procurement and inventory. Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance. Lead and develop operations teams and drive performance. Report operational performance to the CEO. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial/ Chemical preferred). MBA / Operations Management preferred. Minimum 20+ years of experience in manufacturing operations. Minimum 10 years in senior leadership role. Proven experience managing multi-plant operations.
