Job Description : Chief Financial Officer | Dubai, UAE Package: Up to AED 120,000 per month plus benefits I am currently supporting a leading privately owned holding company in Dubai with the confidential appointment of a Chief Financial Officer. This is a senior group-level leadership position requiring an established finance executive with significant experience working within a major real estate development company in the UAE. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of leading the finance function within a complex development business, with responsibility for financial strategy, reporting, governance, treasury, funding, controls, risk and executive stakeholder management. UAE real estate development experience is essential and candidates without this background will not be considered. It would be highly beneficial to have operated at holding-company or group level, with oversight of additional subsidiaries or related businesses such as: • Construction and contracting • Facilities management • Property and asset management • Hospitality or other real estate-related businesses This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile group with an established portfolio and ambitious plans for continued growth.
