Job Description : Feed Mill Manager Location: Muscat, Oman Join a leading poultry operation and oversee feed mill production, quality, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: ???? Manage day-to-day feed mill operations ???? Ensure feed quality, production efficiency, and safety standards ???? Oversee preventive maintenance and production processes ???? Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP & food safety standards ???? Lead teams and optimize operational performance Requirements: ? Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Agriculture, or related field ? Master’s degree is an advantage ? 10–12 years of experience in feed mill management ? Experience in poultry or animal feed industry ? Strong knowledge of feed manufacturing and quality control ? Excellent leadership, planning & operational management skills
