Job Description : After Sales Service Manager | Automobile Industry | West Africa (Guinea) ???? Are you an Automobile After Sales professional who has built strong dealer networks, managed service operations, and worked closely with OEMs? We're looking for an experienced After Sales Service Manager to lead after-sales operations across multiple international markets based in Conakry, Guinea (West Africa). What You'll Be Doing: ???? Drive end-to-end After Sales Service Operations across assigned markets. ???? Partner with the OEM on technical support, warranty management, field quality, and product improvements. ???? Strengthen dealer and distributor service networks. ???? Conduct workshop audits and implement service SOPs and best practices. ???? Improve customer satisfaction through effective complaint resolution, NPS initiatives, and service quality enhancement. ???? Lead service campaigns and support spare parts business growth. ???? Drive adoption of digital service platforms such as CRM, DMS, and other after-sales technologies. ???? Deliver technical and process training to dealer and distributor teams. ???? Ensure after-sales readiness for new product launches. We're Looking For: ? 8–15 years of experience in Automobile After Sales / Service Operations ? Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering ? Strong experience in: Dealer & Distributor Management Workshop Operations Warranty Management Technical Troubleshooting Customer Satisfaction & Service KPIs CRM / DMS Platforms Service Process Improvement OEM / Principal Coordination ? International or African market experience will be a strong advantage. Preferred Industry Background We're keen to connect with professionals currently working with or having experience in: TVS Motor | Hero MotoCorp | Bajaj Auto | Honda | Yamaha | Suzuki | Royal Enfield | Tata Motors | Mahindra | Ashok Leyland | Eicher | Piaggio | Isuzu | Toyota | Hyundai | Kia and other leading automotive OEMs or distributor networks. ????
