Head of Procurement

Job Description : Head of Procurement – FMCG Manufacturing | Zimbabwe An excellent international opportunity is available for an experienced procurement leader to head the end-to-end procurement function for a leading multinational FMCG manufacturing organization. Location: Harare, Zimbabwe Key Requirements: • 10–12+ years of progressive procurement experience • Minimum 4–5 years in a Head of Procurement/Senior Procurement Leadership role • Mandatory experience in FMCG manufacturing (Food, Edible Oils, Condiments, Home Care or Personal Care) • Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier negotiations, imports, and procurement governance • Exposure to procurement of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and indirect categories • Experience working with organizations having an annual turnover of ?500–600 crore or more • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline (MBA/CIPS preferred)
