Job Description : PLANT HEAD ONTORIO CANADA Open to International candidates Lead end-to-end plant operations, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, and Industrial Relations. Drive operational excellence, productivity, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction. Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee plant performance, budgets, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Desired Profile: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering. 20–25 years of manufacturing leadership experience. Strong expertise in Plant Operations, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Quality Systems, and EHS. Experience in automotive, hydraulics, heavy engineering, capital equipment, or related manufacturing industries. Proven experience in leading large manufacturing plants with end-to-end operational responsibility. Exposure to industrial relations and unionized workforce management is preferred.
