Job Description : Head of Finance | Abu Dhabi, UAE* We are partnering with one of Abu Dhabi's leading Engineering & Manufacturing organizations, specializing in Automation & Instrumentation, to appoint an accomplished Head of Finance / CFO to lead its finance function. This is a strategic leadership role for a commercially astute finance leader who can drive financial performance, optimize treasury operations, and build strong relationships with banking and financial institutions. *Key Requirements:* - 15+ years of progressive experience in core Finance. - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. - Extensive expertise in Treasury Management. Cash Flow Planning, and Banking Operations. - Well-established relationships with banks and financial institutions. - Proven leadership experience within Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial, or EPC organizations. - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to partner with senior leadership and support strategic business decisions.
