Responsibilities • Drive Regional Strategy & Growth Initiatives Develop & execute innovative strategies to boost traffic, drive conversion, and unlock new revenue streams aligned with regional business goals. • Build Operational Excellence Tools: Design and implement tools, dashboards, and improvement plans to proactively manage operational performance, optimize resources, and scale store efficiency across functions. • Lead Sales Performance & Store Execution: • Drive sales performance by fostering an active selling culture, ensuring consistent execution of commercial initiatives, and providing data-driven guidance to Store Teams. Inspire, Coach & Develop Retail Teams: Build and empower high-performing store teams by leading with empathy, developing talent, and equipping managers with the tools and autonomy to achieve business goals. Elevate Visual Merchandising & Store Ambiance: Enhance in-store experience by aligning visual merchandising with brand and regional needs, improving product presentation, and acting on customer feedback. Requirements • 18+ years of experience in multi-store retail operations or overseeing multiple retail locations as Area/Regional Manager, with a Bachelor's degree • Strong commercial leadership with proven success in driving sales and launching local growth initiatives. • Hands-on in building tools & KPIs to manage operations and improve performance. Experience in visual merchandising, space planning, and elevating store presentation.
