Job Description : Security Manager | PARFIND N.V. | Suriname 10 Years Job Summary PARFIND N.V., a fast-growing company expanding its operations with its own port facility, is looking for an experienced Security Manager to lead and manage all security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and company assets while maintaining a secure and compliant working environment. Key Responsibilities · Lead and supervise the security team across multiple company locations. · Ensure compliance with security policies, access control, and safety procedures. · Plan security schedules and deploy personnel effectively. · Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies and procedures. · Conduct security audits, inspections, and risk assessments. · Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions. · Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and external agencies. · Organize emergency response drills and security awareness training. · Maintain high security standards across all company facilities. Candidate Requirements · Proven experience in Law Enforcement, Military Service, or Certified Security Management. · Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a professional security role. · Strong understanding of security regulations, risk management, and industry best practices. · Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. · High integrity, strong decision-making ability, and the ability to perform under pressure. · Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.
