Job Description : : OPERATIONS MANAGER - TOWER CRANES LOCATION : DUBAI, UAE SALARY : AED 30,000 - AED 40,000 + ANNUAL BENEFITS Our Client, an European Manufacturing & Rental Group specialized in tower cranes is looking to hire for an OPERATIONS MANAGER for their Dubai branch. Skillsets : - Graduate in any Engineering discipline is mandatory - Min 5-8yrs of experience in a Managerial role handling Tower Crane Technical Operations - Proven expertise in Tower Crane is a must - Excellent communication skills in English is essential Responsibilities - Overall Operations Management of the Tower Cranes - Oversee the movement of all cranes within our fleet, including assembly and disassembly procedures - Develop the operating manual with necessary details of operating policies and procedures as well as the safety procedures for the proper carrying out of all operating functions of Tower Cranes. - Coordinate with the sales managers to arrange for dismantling and erection of cranes and hoists arrange for deliveries and collection - Ensure all daily, monthly and annual site Inspections are completed in a timely manner - Stay in constant communication with the maintenance department on large repairs - Smooth installation and repair of all equipment, planning and implementing of maintenance schedules and the resolution of technical problems - Cost control to the operations and to prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports - Ensure all operators have current certifications for their current job requirements - Train and test operators as necessary to ensure all our operators are competent to operate all our cranes - Work with operator on daily maintenance and minor repairs - Maintain an accurate crane schedule - Effective communication in writing & take action on all customer complaints to ensure smooth operations 8) IT HEAD MANCHESTER UK
