Job Description : General Manager (Expatriate) – Commercial Bus & Heavy Machinery Division ???? Location: Yangon, Myanmar ???? Company: Super Seven Stars Group of Companies ???? Employment Type: Full-Time | Expatriate Super Seven Stars Group of Companies is seeking an experienced General Manager (Expatriate) to lead our Commercial Bus & Heavy Machinery Division and drive business growth, operational excellence, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities ? Lead the division with full P&L responsibility. ? Develop business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. ? Drive sales of commercial buses, trucks, heavy machinery, and fleet solutions. ? Manage Sales, After-Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Warranty, and Business Development teams. ? Develop dealer networks and strengthen OEM partnerships. ? Build relationships with key customers, contractors, and industry stakeholders. ? Lead and develop a high-performing local management team. Requirements ???? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. ???? MBA or Master's Degree preferred. ???? Minimum 15 years’ experience in commercial vehicles, buses, trucks, or heavy equipment industries. ???? Minimum 8 years’ senior leadership experience. ???? Proven experience managing dealership/distribution operations with P&L responsibility. ???? Strong knowledge of Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Warranty, and Dealer Development. ???? Experience with international OEM brands is highly preferred. ???? Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic business skills. ???? Excellent English communication skills. ???? Willing to relocate to Yangon, Myanmar. Preferred Background Experience with brands such as Volvo, Scania, MAN, Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Hino, Isuzu, FUSO, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, SANY, XCMG, Liebherr or equivalent is an advantage.
