Job Description : GM FORMULATION IRELAND Open to International candidates Experience - 18–25 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Minimum 5–8 years in a leadership role managing an OSD (Tablet/Capsule) manufacturing plant. Education - B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc MBA (Operations) will be an added advantage. Role Purpose Lead and manage the overall operations of a WHO-GMP/EU-GMP approved oral solid dosage (Tablet) manufacturing facility. Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, quality standards, production targets, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. The Plant Head will oversee all plant functions except Finance. Key Responsibilities Plant Operations * Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for tablets, ensuring safety, quality, compliance, productivity, and delivery. * Develop production plans to meet business requirements while optimizing resources. * Monitor and improve plant KPIs including OEE, yield, productivity, rejection, and downtime. * Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Regulatory & Quality Compliance * Ensure compliance with EU-GMP, cGMP, TGA, USFDA, WHO-GMP, * Support successful regulatory inspections and customer audits. * Ensure timely closure of audit observations, CAPAs, deviations, change controls, and risk assessments. * Promote a strong quality culture across the organization.
