Job Description : CEO MONTREAL CANADA We are conducting a confidential search for an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization in Canada This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned executive who will assume full P&L responsibility while driving business growth, manufacturing excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term strategic expansion. The ideal candidate will bring 25+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership role, with proven success in leading multi-dosage manufacturing facilities (oral solids, sterile injectables, and liquid formulations), navigating complex business environments, optimizing operational performance, ensuring WHO-GMP and international regulatory compliance, and expanding both domestic and export markets. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly desirable. Exceptional strategic, financial, and stakeholder management capabilities are essential.
