Director – PMO

Job Description : Director – PMO & Strategic Execution | Abu Dhabi, UAE Strategy creates direction. Execution creates results. A stealth-mode FinTech startup in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Director – PMO & Strategic Execution to establish enterprise governance, drive cross-functional transformation programs, and ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact. ???? Salary: AED 50,000 – 60,000 per month + Performance Bonus ???? Industry: FinTech / Financial Services / Technology ???? Experience: 18–20 years Key Requirements ? 18–20 years of experience in Enterprise PMO, Strategic Execution, Program Management, or Transformation Office ? Proven experience establishing and leading PMOs within FinTech, Banking, Financial Services, or large-scale technology organizations ? Strong expertise in enterprise portfolio management, governance frameworks, resource planning, budgeting, benefits realization, and executive reporting ? Experience managing multiple strategic programs across Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Commercial functions ? Ability to define OKRs, KPIs, governance cadence, RAID management, and executive dashboards for C-suite and Board reporting ? Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery models, and digital transformation methodologies ? Experience leading enterprise-wide change management and driving organizational alignment across complex stakeholder groups ? PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile certifications are highly desirable ?
