Job Description : General Manager – Building Construction I'm currently recruiting for a General Manager on behalf of a Tier One Main Contractor delivering major building, mixed-use developments, and commercial tower projects across Dubai & Riyadh. Salary: Up to AED/SAR 100,000 per month (depending on experience) Requirements: ~ 20+ years of experience in the building construction industry ~ Proven track record delivering large-scale civil building projects with Tier One or leading contractors ~ Available to join within 2 months ~ Willing to travel and work across Dubai & Riyadh Preferred Profiles: `General Manager `Senior Project Director `Operations Director `Operations Manager `Chief Operating Officer (COO) Candidates can apply from anywhere in the GCC, provided they have a strong and consistent background in civil building construction. Preference: Native English speakers are preferred; however, strong Arabic-speaking candidates are also encouraged to apply.
