Job Description : Logistics Director - Saudi Arabia Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Industry: Automotive Group Open to: All Nationalities About the Role A leading Automotive Group in Riyadh seeks a strategic and results-driven Logistics Director to lead and transform its supply chain and logistics operations. This executive role offers the opportunity to shape logistics strategy, drive operational excellence, and lead high-performing teams across the Group. Key Responsibilities · Define and execute the Group’s logistics strategy in alignment with overall business goals. · Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and 3PL partnerships. · Drive cost optimization, service quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. · Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure world-class logistics performance. · Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional logistics teams across multiple business units. · Collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience. Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). · 10–15 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management. · Minimum 5 years at Director or executive leadership level. · Deep expertise in the automotive sector, specifically vehicle and spare parts logistics. · Proven track record managing 3PLs, international freight, and customs processes. · Advanced proficiency in ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms. · Strong strategic, analytical, and operational optimization skills. · Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership abilities. · Fluency in English is mandatory.
