Job Description : Group Commercial Director | Hotel Group | West Africa Negotiable Package On-site with travel An established hospitality group in West Africa is seeking an accomplished Group Commercial Director to lead the commercial strategy across its portfolio of hotels. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, this strategic role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, brand positioning, & commercial performance across the group to drive sustainable revenue growth across hospitality & tourism operations. This position is based on-site in West Africa with travel. Key Responsibilities: ????Commercial Strategy - Develop & implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with company objectives to maximise occupancy / ADR & revenue ????Sales Leadership - Lead, mentor, & develop a high-performing sales both local & international teams ????Business Development - Expand corporate, leisure, MICE travel trade, & group business. ????Revenue Growth - Work alongside revenue management teams to optimise pricing & occupancy/yield. Develop promotional campaigns with marketing & PR initiatives ????Stakeholder Management - Build strong relationships with tourism boards, travel operators, corporate clients, event organisers, & industry partners. ????Financial Management Experience: ??Senior commercial or sales leadership experience within hospitality, tourism, hotels, travel, or leisure - multi property ??Demonstrated success in delivering significant revenue growth. ??Strong business development and negotiation skills. ??Experience managing high-performing sales teams. ??Commercially astute with strong financial understanding. ??Proven experience managing key strategic accounts. ??Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics
