Job Description : Senior Manager for HR Operations in the Construction and Civil Infrastructure sector for a multinational corporation based in Congo, West Africa. **Qualifications:** - MBA or MSW in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations. - 15 to 20 years of progressive HR experience. - Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within large civil construction or infrastructure organizations. - Experience on international or African construction projects is highly preferred. - Proven experience managing multicultural and geographically dispersed workforces. - Strong exposure to EPC, infrastructure, highways, bridges, industrial, or commercial construction projects.
