Job Description : GM-Project Planning & Control in the Civil Building Infrastructure sector for a multinational company in Congo, West Africa. **Qualifications:** - BE/BTECH in Civil Engineering - 20 to 28 years of experience in project planning and controls - Minimum 8 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple large-scale real estate or building projects and infrastructure projects - Experience with multinational construction companies is preferred **Skills Required:** - Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, resource planning, and project performance management - Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Oracle Primavera Unifier (preferred), SAP, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), and PowerPoint - Familiarity with Project Cost Control Systems and Earned Value Management (EVM)
