Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across the assigned zone. ?? Manage multiple stores and ensure achievement of business KPIs. ?? Lead store operations, customer experience, inventory, and shrinkage control. ?? Develop and mentor Regional and Store Managers to build high-performing teams. ?? Ensure compliance with SOPs, visual merchandising, and operational standards. ?? Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, HR, and support functions to drive business growth. Ideal Candidate: ? 18 years of experience in Retail Operations with a leading Hypermarket, Supermarket, or Large Format Retail chain. ? Strong multi-store operations and team management experience. ? Proven track record in driving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. ? Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
