Job Description : Head Commercial for a Large Manufacturing company in Kenya The Commercial Head will be responsible for leading and managing the company’s overall commercial function, ensuring optimal procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, inventory control, logistics coordination, and commercial governance. The role will work closely with the CEO/MD, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Projects, and Operations teams to improve profitability, strengthen supplier relationships, reduce costs, manage commercial risks, and ensure uninterrupted availability of materials and services. The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, deep knowledge of procurement and contracts, and the ability to manage large-scale commercial operations in a complex manufacturing environment.
