Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD – SAUDI ARABIA Leading Tier-1 Civil EPC Contractor | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia An exceptional opportunity has arisen to lead the Saudi Arabian operations of a leading Tier-1 Civil EPC contractor entering its next phase of strategic growth. Our client is seeking an accomplished Country Head with a proven track record of delivering multi-billion-dollar landmark high-rise developments, mixed-use complexes, civil infrastructure, and industrial building projects in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive business growth, strengthen strategic client relationships, and provide executive leadership across a major project portfolio. Key Responsibilities • Lead the Saudi Arabia business with full P&L and operational accountability. • Drive business development, strategic growth, and market expansion aligned with Vision 2030. • Build executive relationships with government entities, developers, and key stakeholders. • Oversee project delivery, commercial performance, governance, risk management, and operational excellence. • Develop high-performing leadership teams while ensuring sustainable business growth. Executive Profile • Current or former Country Head, CEO, Managing Director, Executive Director, General Manager, or equivalent within a Tier-1 Civil EPC contractor. • Demonstrated success delivering landmark mega projects across Saudi Arabia. • Strong expertise in P&L management, stakeholder engagement, contract negotiations, business development, and enterprise leadership. • Deep understanding of the Saudi construction market, procurement environment, and regulatory framework. This executive search is specifically targeted at leaders who have built, scaled, and led Tier-1 Civil EPC contracting businesses. Executive leadership experience must have been gained within recognized Tier-1 Civil EPC contractors—PMC and consultancy backgrounds will not be considered.
