General Manager

Job Description : GENERAL MANAGER – FACILITIES MANAGEMENT | QATAR We are looking for a results-driven General Manager to lead our FM operations, drive business growth, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure operational excellence across Qatar. What We’re Looking For: * 3+ years of experience in General Management or Operations Management * Strong Facilities Management experience * Proven background in contract, tender, budget, and vendor management * Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills * Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field * CFM or Project Management certification is an advantage * Good knowledge of QHSE requirements and Qatar regulations Your Key Role: * Lead overall FM operations and strategic business objectives * Oversee HVAC, MEP, Civil, Cleaning, Landscaping, Pest Control, Security, and Waste Management services * Drive profitability, budgeting, cost control, and contract performance * Lead tenders, negotiations, and key client relationships * Develop high-performing teams and strengthen organizational capabilities * Ensure compliance, risk management, business continuity, and service excellence ????
