Job Description : PLANNING DIRECTOR UAE Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 15+ years’ experience in planning/project controls within the construction sector, including a minimum of 10+ years’ in a senior leadership role. Proven track record managing large-scale projects from pre-construction through to handover, while working for a main contractor.
