Job Description : GM – API Purchase Location: Hyderabad Industry: Reputed Pharmaceutical Company Should be Science Graduate with a Degree or Diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. 20+ years of experience in API Pharmaceutical Procurement/Purchase. Extensive experience in sourcing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), intermediates, solvents, and speciality chemicals. Strong knowledge of vendor development, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and procurement planning. Hands-on experience in cost optimisation, inventory management, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability. Sound understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, import procurement, and pharmaceutical supply chain processes. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and team management skills. Preferred Profile Candidates with proven experience in leading procurement functions for reputed API pharmaceutical manufacturing companies will be preferred.
