Manage manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and service functions ? Develop high-performing teams and strengthen operational excellence ? Ensure customer satisfaction and continuous business improvement ? Build and execute long-term business strategies Preferred Candidate Profile: ?? 8+ years of leadership experience in the refrigeration or consumer durables industry ?? Strong P&L management and business development experience ?? Proven expertise in operations, sales, manufacturing, and supply chain ?? Experience handling commercial refrigeration products such as Visi Coolers, Chest Freezers, and Refrigerators ?? Exposure to African markets will be an added advantage
