Location: East Africa Our client, a leading organization in the Mining & Manufacturing sector, is looking for a commercially driven leader to take ownership of the business's Commercial, Finance & P&L functions. ???? Key Responsibilities ? Drive overall P&L performance and business profitability ? Lead commercial strategy, procurement, pricing & supplier negotiations ? Develop cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives ? Own budgeting, forecasting, costing & financial planning ? Oversee accounts, audits, statutory compliance & financial governance ? Partner with senior management to support business growth and market expansion ? Lead, mentor and develop the Finance & Accounts team ???? Ideal Candidate ?? 8–12+ years of experience in Commercial & Finance leadership ?? Strong expertise in P&L Management, Costing, Budgeting & Financial Analysis ?? Proven experience in Procurement, Commercial Operations & Business Strategy ?? Hands-on experience managing Finance, Accounts & Audit functions ?? Demonstrated experience leading and developing finance teams ?? Background in Mining, Manufacturing, Industrial Processing, Commodities or FMCG preferred ??
