UAE The successful candidate will drive operational excellence and sustainable business performance through world-class manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methodologies. ???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree is a plus). • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in Operational Excellence across multiple manufacturing businesses, preferably in a group , holding or multi-site environment. • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing businesses. • Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, WCM, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Continuous Improvement within manufacturing environments. • Demonstrated success in improving productivity, OEE, quality, cost optimization, waste reduction, customer service, and supply chain performance in manufacturing operations. • Extensive experience leading cross-functional transformation projects across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, and Shared Services within manufacturing organizations. • Strong knowledge of operational KPIs, governance, performance management, benchmarking, process standardization, and best practices in manufacturing. • Excellent leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities, with the ability to influence senior executives and lead high-performing teams.
