Key Requirements: ?? 8–10 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry ?? Minimum 5 years in a leadership role ?? Currently working in Nigeria ?? Expertise across: • Strategic Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Employer Branding & Agency Management • Organization Development • Performance Management Systems • Learning & Development • Compensation & Benefits • Employee Relations & Counseling • HR Policies & Compliance Key Responsibilities: ???? Lead end-to-end strategic recruitment and workforce planning. ???? Build and strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent. ???? Drive organization development and succession planning initiatives. ???? Design and implement effective performance management frameworks. ???? Partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement and productivity. ???? Oversee compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations across the group.
