Industry: Commercial Vehicles / Automotive Dealership A leading automotive organization is looking for an experienced and result-driven General Manager – Commercial Vehicles to lead business operations, drive sales growth, and strengthen market presence in Angola. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage overall commercial vehicle business operations • Drive sales growth, market expansion, revenue, and profitability • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals • Manage sales, service, spare parts, workshop, finance, and operational functions • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, fleet owners, government bodies, and business partners • Monitor business performance, budgets, KPIs, market trends, and competitor activities • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and after-sales service • Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and business standards ???? Desired Profile: ? Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive, or a related field ? 15+ years of experience in the Commercial Vehicle / Automotive Industry ? Strong experience in managing HCV, LCV, Trucks, Buses, or Commercial Vehicle Dealership Operations ? Proven experience in business leadership, P&L management, sales, service, and after-sales operations ? Strong commercial acumen, leadership, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills ? Experience in African or international markets will be preferred ? Portuguese and English language proficiency will be an added advantage
