Experience Required: 25+ Years A leading regulatory pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is looking for an experienced and strategic professional for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). The role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of multiple manufacturing facilities and driving operational excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and manage operations of two regulatory pharmaceutical manufacturing plants ? Oversee Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, SCM & Dispatch functions ? Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP, USFDA, MHRA, EU-GMP & global regulatory standards ? Drive productivity improvement, quality enhancement & cost optimization initiatives ? Handle end-to-end Supply Chain Management and inter-unit coordination ? Monitor plant performance, budgeting, capacity utilization & operational efficiency ? Lead cross-functional teams and strengthen compliance-driven culture ? Support audits, business expansion, technology upgrades & scalability projects Desired Candidate Profile: ???? 25+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations ???? Strong exposure in Formulation OSD manufacturing is mandatory ???? Experience working as COO / Group Operations Head handling multiple plants ???? Proven track record of managing at least two pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities ???? Strong leadership, strategic planning & decision-making skills ???? Excellent understanding of domestic & international regulatory requirements
