Job Description : Cluster Director of Operations | Abu Dhabi, UAE full-service hotel to appoint a dynamic and driven Director of Operations who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across the hotel while leading and developing high-performing teams. We are looking for someone who has: Extensive operational leadership experience within full-service hotels. Ideally to have worked in the GCC region, if not the UAE itself A well-rounded background across Rooms Division, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Security, and overall Hotel Operations. A proven track record of improving operational performance, enhancing guest satisfaction, and leading multiple departments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, implement best practices, and deliver consistent service excellence.
