Job Description : Director of Facilities and Property Management (Director of Facilities & Property Management) Location: Riyadh Sector: Real Estate One of the leading companies in the real estate sector announces the availability of a job opportunity for the position of Director of Facilities & Property Management, to lead facilities and property management operations, oversee operation and maintenance, and achieve the highest levels of operational efficiency and quality of services. Main Functions: Supervise the management, operation and maintenance of facilities and property. Prepare and implement operational plans and annual budgets. Manage operation and maintenance contracts and follow up on the performance of suppliers and contractors. Ensure adherence to occupational safety and health standards and relevant regulations. Improve asset efficiency and reduce operational costs. Lead teams and raise performance indicators and quality of services. Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the executive management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, business administration, or a related discipline. A minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities and property management, including leadership experience. Knowledge of facility management, operation and maintenance systems. High leadership, managerial and analytical skills. Professional certifications such as FMP, CFM, or PMP are preferred. Expected Salary: SAR 20,000 – 30,000 (depending on experience and competence).
