Job Description : Mine Manager – Marble | Zambia We are looking for an experienced Mine Manager to lead operations at our marble mining project in Zambia. Qualification: Diploma or BE in Mining Engineering Experience: 15–20 years in marble/granite/dimensional stone quarry operations, with proven exposure to international or African mining environments Key Responsibilities: Mine planning, production scheduling, and target achievement Operation and deployment of mining machinery Blasting operations and overall mine safety management New quarry opening, feasibility assessment, and site development Store inventory and machinery maintenance oversight Liaison with local authorities and regulatory bodies Ideal Candidate: Hands-on experience scaling production to target tonnage/cubic meter output Track record of managing mechanized and semi-mechanized quarries Willingness to relocate to Zambia Strong team leadership and local liaison capability
