A stealth-mode FinTech startup in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Data Governance to build and lead its enterprise data governance function. Experience: 12–15 years Key Requirements ? 12–15 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Enterprise Data Strategy ? Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models ? Strong expertise in data quality, metadata management, master data management (MDM), data lineage, and data lifecycle management ? Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements across financial services ? Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, cloud data platforms, and modern analytics ecosystems ? Experience working with Data Engineering, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Product, and Business teams to establish trusted data practices ? Hands-on experience with leading data governance platforms and data catalog solutions ? Ability to define data ownership, stewardship models, governance councils, KPIs, and enterprise reporting ? Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills ?
