Job Description : Chief Operating Officer (Construction & Project Delivery) ???? ???? Location: DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo) We are seeking an experienced COO – Construction & Project Delivery to lead large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead end-to-end construction operations and project delivery ? Manage planning, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, cost control & project execution ? Build strong project teams and implement operational systems ? Ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective project completion Requirements: ? Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) ? 15+ years of construction & project delivery experience ? 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing multiple projects ? Experience with large-scale building projects (Residential/Commercial/Hospitality/Infrastructure) ? Strong expertise in project controls, subcontractor management & operations ???? Experience in Africa / Middle East / Emerging Markets preferred
