Job Description : LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR – HEMM ???? ???? Location: CentralAfrica We are looking for experienced Logistics Supervisors to manage transportation, dispatch, delivery, and movement of materials, equipment, and supplies for HEMM and project operations. Key Responsibilities:- ???? Plan and monitor transportation and delivery schedules ???? Coordinate material movement with plant, warehouse, procurement, and project teams ???? Supervise logistics personnel and transport contractors ???? Monitor vehicle utilization and improve transportation efficiency ???? Resolve delivery delays and logistics-related issues ???? Maintain shipment, dispatch, and delivery records ???? Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE standards, and statutory requirements ???? Prepare logistics reports and provide updates to management Candidate Requirements ? Graduate in any discipline ? Diploma/Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage ? Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations ? Experience in Mining, Heavy Engineering, EPC, Construction, or Manufacturing industries preferred ? Strong knowledge of fleet operations, logistics planning, scheduling, and documentation ? Good team management, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills ? Proficiency in MS Office ? Ability to work effectively in remote project locations
