Job Description : Finance Controller / Head of Finance – East Africa We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller / Head of Finance to lead the finance function for a reputed organization in the Automotive / Automobile industry in East Africa. ???? Africa experience: Preferred Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the overall finance & accounting function, including financial reporting and compliance. * Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and financial planning. * Ensure strong financial controls, audit readiness and compliance with local statutory requirements. * Partner with business leadership on financial analysis, cost optimization and strategic decision-making. Ideal Candidate: Candidates with strong leadership experience in finance and prior exposure to the automotive industry will be preferred. Experience working in Africa/East Africa will be an added advantage.
