Job Description : Plant Head with Plastics Company AMALWI Experience- 15-20 years (IML) Must have experience in the rigid plastics packaging industry. Hands-on experience managing 30–40 Injection Molding Machines (IMM). Experience in the manufacturing of buckets, jars, containers, and similar rigid plastic packaging products. Must have experience In-Mold Labeling (IML). Must be willing to relocate to Vijayanagar, Bellary, Karnataka. Minimum 5 years of managerial (plant Manager) experience in a manufacturing unit. Experience in greenfield project setup or greenfield manufacturing operations . Manage IML (In-Mould Labeling) operations with hands-on knowledge of Top Entry and Side Entry IML robots Working knowledge of SAP and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Oversee manpower planning, team development, and performance management across departments., Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, PPC, Maintenance, QA, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
