Job Description : Regional Commercial Director | Dubai, UAE We're partnered with a leading international pharmaceutical company to appoint a Regional Commercial Director based in Dubai. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a commercially driven executive who has successfully led multi-country teams across emerging markets and has a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth across both branded and specialty pharmaceutical portfolios. Core Responsibilities: - Lead the commercial strategy across multiple international markets within the MEA region. - Drive revenue growth, market expansion and long-term profitability. - Build, develop and inspire high-performing commercial teams across diverse geographies. - Identify and execute new business development, licensing and partnership opportunities. - Collaborate closely with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver business objectives. - Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with regional and global priorities. - Foster a culture of performance, accountability and operational excellence. Key Requirements: ?? Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related discipline (MBA preferred). ?? 15+ years progressive pharmaceutical industry experience. ?? Significant regional leadership experience across the Middle East and Africa. ?? Demonstrated success leading country managers and cross-functional commercial teams. ?? Strong background in branded pharmaceuticals, specialty care and/or branded generics. ?? Experience managing complex P&Ls and driving profitable business growth. ?? Exposure to business development, licensing and strategic partnerships would be highly advantageous. ?? Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership and influencing capabilities. ?? Willingness to travel extensively across the region. This opportunity is ideally suited to an established Commercial Director, Regional Business Director or General Manager ready to take on broader regional responsibility within a dynamic and rapidly expanding international pharmaceutical organisation.
