VP RETAIL

Job Description : VP RETAIL EUROPE Open to International candidates with 20+ years experience Directly responsible for six identified retail merchant relationships People management of a small, but high performing team member Leveraging the overall Retail Vertical strategy, drive the strategy and objectives for these identified accounts Work closely with other Retail leads to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for Retail merchants Work with key constituents both internally (market development, global products & solutions, legal, franchise and finance teams), external resources (customers and retail merchants, regulators and third party service providers) to ensure seamless execution of opportunities Lead the utilization of data-driven tools and systems, qualitative and quantitative research, to inform projects and build brand Overall fiscal responsibility for achieving business plan goals and budgeted objectives through sales, margins, profitability, and other financial measurements Manages the implementation of adidas Brand initiatives, programs, and procedures to promote key messages and achieve a competitive advantage in the retail marketplace Drive the development and execution of our “shaping the chain” strategy Ensures Global Flagship locations execute against a best in class consumer and brand experience Qualifications for VP, retail Experience in selling and/or advising on mutual funds & portfolio management is a plus Exhibit in-depth knowledge on all investment products and capital markets and have a high level of comfort in communicating this information Strong network of existing senior client relationships across the local market within wholesale segment is a plus Fluent in English (written & spoken) Highly pro-active and commercial approach
