Industry: EPC | Oil & Gas | Industrial Projects We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in EPC Oil & Gas projects and extensive experience managing the complete procurement lifecycle—from project award through procurement planning, vendor management, expediting, logistics, and final project close-out. Qualifications & Experience ? Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. ? Minimum 15 years of procurement experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects ? Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE. ? Proven experience managing procurement activities from project award through project completion and handover. ? Strong knowledge of procurement for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, structural, and civil materials. ? Excellent commercial negotiation and contract management skills. ? Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent). ? Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. ? Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory. Preferred Certifications ???? CIPS Level 4/5/6 or MCIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) – Preferred ???? PMP (Project Management Professional) – Preferred ???? Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP – ASCM/APICS) – Preferred ???? Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM – ISM) – Preferred ???? FIDIC Contract Management Certification – Preferred ???? NEBOSH IGC or IOSH Managing Safely – Advantage
