Job Description : Senior Manager Finance Reporting Manager: AVP Portfolio Finance Location: Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE Profile Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Manager Finance to lead our core financial functions, with a focus on account finalization, audit coordination, FP&A, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in automation initiatives, be hands-on with SAP, and possess strong business acumen to deliver insightful, well-structured reports. This role requires team leadership capabilities and a track record of driving operational efficiency within finance teams. Responsible For · Lead the finalization of accounts and manage statutory, internal, and tax audit processes. · Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory frameworks. · Manage and optimize financial operations using SAP. · Drive automation and digitization initiatives across finance functions to improve accuracy and efficiency. · Prepare and present financial plans, forecasts, and performance reports with clear business insights and KPIs. · Create crisp, management-level presentations and reports in PowerPoint and Word, highlighting key business drivers and financial performance. · Supervise and mentor a finance team of 24 members, ensuring timely delivery of financial tasks and reporting. · Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on budgeting, cost control, and business planning. Education Qualification · Qualified CA or equivalent · 8-10 years of post-qualification experience · Mandatory experience in finalization of accounts, auditing, and SAP systems. · Proven track record of technology/automation implementation in finance. · Strong proficiency in FP&A, business reporting, and data presentation. · Experience managing small teams and working in fast-paced environments.
